Highly respected medical specialist and gynaecologist with over 40 years of healthcare experience. Recognised for exceptional contributions across the continent, Dr. Muleta has received 16 awards for impact around Africa and provides strategic guidance to Maya Health Solution to advance innovative and accessible healthcare services.

Global Health Leader

Global health leader with 15+ years of experience in health systems, immunization, and emergency response across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. He has worked with UNICEF, WHO, and International Medical Corps in senior technical and leadership roles; led major humanitarian health programs including in Gaza; and contributed to global polio eradication and vaccine supply efforts. Abi has managed large USAID-funded projects and conducted evaluations for organizations such as UNHCR, IRC, and GIZ. He holds a Master of Global Health and is completing his DrPH at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine.
